SURPRISE POLICE MAN AS MADE IMPROPER
(IRIS) - ROMA, 23 APR - continue constant, on the orders of Quaestor of Rome, the patrols and cleaning up the air of the two alluvial rivers by the staff of the River Police. Yesterday, police officers conducted by State Police Headquarters dr.Raffaele Clemente, on board the boats of the "River" are often surprised, near the Tiber Island, a man with the ax in his hand, bent his knees, digging a hole about a meter deep on the banks of the Tiber, under the Ponte Fabricio. Promptly intervened, the police have declared a state of freedom in this Italian man of 52, for damage to state property and unauthorized excavations and seized a coin copper, presumably belonging to the Roman period, when extracted from the riverbed, in addition to the instrument used to damage the dock.
